It's sunny.
It's fairly warm.
I can't believe it!!!

I have my back door open and the kids are outside playing.
Jaime has Cierra over and all three of them are out back having a blast.
I just busted my boy running around the backyard butt ass naked.
What a freak….it ain't that nice out!! lol.

We are about to leave to bring Jaime downtown for her "rehearsal" for the big show.
That should be fun.

I'm mostly looking forward to the ride downtown.

Work is really picking up and we have a ton of stuff going on, which is nice.
Zak saved the day for some clients. These are Buyers that we have had for literally years and they finally put an offer in on something. They didn't want to get a foundation inspector but Zachary convinced them that they should. On this particular street, Zak had a listing that had foundation issues so the whole street is suspect, in Zachary's mind. Well, the foundation guy did find problems that need to be resolved. So if Zachary hadn't convinced our clients to get a foundation inspector, this is something that would've been a big problem down the line and a huge expense for whoever owned the home at the time. (Most likely our buyers.). So they were very, very thankful for Zak. I love when things happen that just show what a damn good Realtor Zak is. I like it. Our clients really like it! lol.

Cierra's dad is going to be here any minute to pick her up, so I'm off to round these guys up and get them cleaned up to go to Jaime's rehearsal.
